Media Website Privacy Policy
Supplemental Media Privacy Notice
This Notice explains WEAL28H LLC’s information practices for JennyQTa.com, JennyTa.com, VietUntold.com, and related media enquiries. It supplements the WEAL28H Privacy Policy identified below.
Last Updated: September 2026.
1. Website operator and relationship to the WEAL28H Privacy Policy
WEAL28H LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (the “Company”), operates JennyQTa.com, JennyTa.com, and VietUntold.com (the “Sites”) and is responsible for the personal information it processes through them. VietUntold is the Company’s media business and brand. In this Notice, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to WEAL28H LLC.
The WEAL28H Privacy Policy, identified as “Last Updated: September 2026,” provides the company-wide privacy framework. This Supplemental Media Privacy Notice describes the practices applicable to the Sites and related media enquiries. Both documents should be read together.
This Notice provides specific information about email enquiries, guest recommendations, website information and tracking, YouTube and external links, access and disclosure, retention, international processing, and privacy requests.
Where this Notice provides a more specific description or an additional privacy protection for information processed through the Sites, that description or protection applies to the information and activity concerned. The WEAL28H Privacy Policy otherwise supplies the general framework.
General descriptions in the WEAL28H Privacy Policy do not expand the collection or use described here. Technologies and activities used elsewhere by WEAL28H are not automatically used on these Sites. Visiting a Site or sending a media enquiry does not automatically establish an advisory or investment relationship or subscribe you to marketing.
Neither document replaces consent where applicable law requires it or limits privacy rights that cannot legally be limited.
General enquiries: vibes@vietuntold.com.
Privacy requests: privacy@vietuntold.com.
2. Email enquiries and guest recommendations
When you email us, we receive your email address, the name and other contact or professional information you supply, your message, and any attachments. We use relevant information to assess and respond to the enquiry, coordinate follow-up, and keep records needed for that purpose.
We may learn about prospective guests through direct contact, referrals, or publicly available professional sources. We use relevant professional and contact information to consider a potential interview and, where appropriate, make contact. We provide information about the source and use of personal information when required by applicable law.
Please send only information you are entitled to share. Avoid private identification documents, financial account details, or sensitive information about another person. An enquiry or referral does not by itself authorize publication of a message or recording.
The Sites use email contact rather than submission forms. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Any future newsletter or marketing subscription will have its own clear choice and applicable notice.
3. Website information and tracking
When you visit the Sites, technical information such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages, and request times is processed to deliver the website. Hosting and security providers may retain technical logs to maintain service, troubleshoot problems, and protect against abuse.
Our current public website does not use analytics tools or advertising pixels and does not intentionally set non-essential cookies or use browser storage for visitor tracking. Third-party media content is loaded separately as described below. If we later introduce tracking that requires consent or an opt-out mechanism, we will provide the applicable notice and controls.
4. Third-party media and external links
The Sites may display or link to content hosted by third-party platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. Where technically practical, third-party media is not loaded until you choose to play or interact with it.
When you activate embedded third-party content, your browser connects to that platform. The provider may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, device information, and the page from which the content was loaded. Depending on the provider, your settings, and whether you are signed into an account, the provider may also use cookies, browser storage, or other technologies under its own privacy practices.
You may choose not to activate embedded media and may instead follow an outbound link to the original platform where available. VietUntold does not control the privacy practices of these third-party services.
5. Access and disclosure
Within the Company, access to enquiry information is restricted to team members who need it for the relevant work. Service providers supporting email, website delivery, security, or storage may process information as needed to provide those services. Any additional analytics or advertising recipients are described in section 3. Video platform processing is described in section 4.
We may disclose relevant information when required by law or valid legal process, or where lawfully necessary to protect rights or security. Any disclosure in a business transfer remains subject to applicable law and required safeguards. We do not publish your email correspondence merely because you contacted us.
6. Retention and international processing
We keep enquiry and referral information for as long as reasonably needed to address the matter and related follow-up, and for any additional period justified by applicable recordkeeping requirements or a dispute. Information no longer needed for those purposes is deleted or anonymized under our retention process.
Retention decisions take into account the purpose of the information, whether an enquiry or follow-up remains active, security and recovery needs, and applicable legal obligations. Technical logs and backup copies may follow different retention cycles from active correspondence. Information retained for recovery, security, or legal purposes is limited to those purposes.
Our team operates from California, and service providers may process information in other locations, including outside your state or country. We do not promise that information remains exclusively in California or the United States. Where applicable law requires safeguards or another lawful basis for an international transfer, we will use those measures.
7. Your choices and requests
Contact privacy@vietuntold.com to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you about a guest referral. Depending on the law applicable to your information, you may also have rights of access, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or other choices. Rights are subject to applicable exceptions and requirements.
We handle requests within applicable legal time limits and request only information reasonably needed to verify and address them. Do not send identification documents unless we arrange an appropriate secure method. Where applicable law provides an appeal or complaint route, we will explain it in our response. This Notice is not blanket consent to tracking, marketing, or international transfers.
8. Security and interview activity
We use safeguards appropriate to the personal information handled and limit access for the relevant work. No system is completely secure. If you believe information has been misused or a child has supplied information requiring attention, please contact us.
Before recording or other production activity, participants receive the applicable production information and permissions for that activity. An email enquiry and this Notice do not grant recording, publicity, or AI-replica permission.
9. Notice updates
We show the effective date of this Notice and update it when relevant practices change. We provide additional notice or seek consent where required. Posting a revision does not by itself authorize a new use requiring consent.
